湯水篇 - (102) 青豆湯
材料:實青豆(半碗), 蕃茄(2個), 紅蘿蔔(1隻), 冬菇(8隻), 薑(4片), 水(10碗)
做法:紅蘿蔔去皮切粒, 蕃茄切塊, 冬菇浸軟切粒, 將材料開鑊爆香後放進煲內, 水滾後轉慢火煲1小時, 加鹽即可
