湯水篇 - (93) 淮山燉香菇素雞
功效:補血, 明目, 滋腎, 強身
材料:淮山(一兩), 燉雞(四份一隻), 杞子(1湯匙), 圓肉(一兩), 當歸(5片), 紅棗(10粒), 滾水(4碗)
做法:燉雞切塊, 紅棗去核, 將材料洗淨後放進大燉盅內用慢火燉2小時, 加鹽即可
