湯水篇 - (95) 闔家補身湯
功效:補身
材料:燉雞(半隻), 紅棗(20粒), 雲苓(二兩), 茨實(二兩), 薑(4片), 水(12碗)
做法:紅棗去核, 燉雞切塊. 將材料洗淨放入煲內, 水滾轉慢火煲2小時, 加鹽即可
