湯水篇 - (1) 猴頭菇燉北菇
功效:固本扶正, 強身健體, 抗癌, 補血, 強胃, 治十二指腸
材料:猴頭菇(3隻), 冬菇(4隻), 當歸(8片), 紅棗(15粒), 滾水(3碗)
做法:猴頭菇出水, 冬菇浸軟, 紅棗去核, 將材料洗淨放入燉盅內, 用慢火燉2小時即可
