湯水篇 - (22) 黨參杞子淮山湯
功效:補血氣
材料:大黨參(半兩), 杞子(1湯匙), 淮山(8片), 燉肉(2 塊), 果皮(1片), 滾水(2碗)
做法:將材料洗淨放入燉盅內, 用慢火燉2小時, 加鹽即可
