湯水篇 - (66) 清潤湯
材料:玉竹(二錢), 沙參(三錢), 熟地(一兩), 淮山(8片), 百合(一兩), 燉肉(2塊), 杞子(2湯匙), 蜜棗(8粒), 水(適量)
做法:(5人用) 將材料洗淨放入煲內, 用慢火煲1-1/2小時即可
